| | I have a date with Mr ...... (drum roll please) wahahaha! YEHEY! =_=. It should all be worth it. Haay. I want to quit this 'always-cramming-for-TESTS' habit -- but i just can't =(. There's this weird phenomenon na my productivity is only active 24 hours before the 'BIG THING'. I seriously tried studying in advance, but nothing gets in. Well, at least that's as far as I know.
******** On a more valentine-y note =)
I've been bothered? burdened? as of late with this whole selfishness that's consuming everyone. I've been wanting to blog about it, but the perfect time never came. sigh. So before my brain completely kicks out the thought, I'll just connect it with BALENTAYMS using the Love Chapter (1 Cor. 13). Love is patient, kind, does not envy, does not boast ... not self seeking (VOILAA!) =b. Let me focus on that last definition; NOT SELF SEEKING. In love, we lose ourselves. In Christ, our self SHOULD NOT exist. In love, we MUST seek to give not to get, and not to receive. We seek to serve rather than be served. Although we live in a world dominated by a ME- attitude, we must twist that and look out for the interest of others IN LOVE instead of always thinking about US US US. Have we not learned anything? Selfishness killed the cat (LOL i joke! o_O). But seriously, selfishness causes separation, chaos, grief, pain etc. If we try and go back to the LOVE that does not demand our way, the love that is not self-seeking but rather God-seeking, we'd all probably have a valentines date by now (JOKE ULIT. haha) -- we'd all reflect the love that God showed us through the death of Jesus Christ. It's time to be counter-cultural! - Love seeks its Savior first. It serves others above its own needs. Love seeks the greater good defined in glory. Indeed, love is a Savior-seeker, not a self-seeker! -- JUST REMINDING ALL OF US ONCE AGAIN.
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY <3
